The Minivator 1000 stairlift has been designed with safety in mind and built to British Standard BS5776 and are equipped with the following safety devices: overspeed governor and brake, safety belt, obstruction sensors, top/bottom limit switches, thermal overload switch, armrest safety switches, swivel cut off switch, manual lowering mechanism.
